Altraco, Inc. ships most orders either United States Postal Service or FedEx® ground service. Should you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us at 1-800-383-6422. Altraco, Inc. makes no delivery guarantees other than those specifically offered by United States Postal Service and FedEx®. Altraco, Inc. bases its use of either USPS or FedEx® on which carrier provides the best rate for goods shipped.

A fixed rate processing and handling charge of $3.95 applies to all orders and is included in the above Shipping and Handling Charges.

Shipping Service: 2-7 business days is normal.

Generally orders are expedited within 24 hours of payment.

At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the United States.

Any package or article weighing more than 150 pounds, or exceeding 108 inches in length, or exceeding a total of 130 inches in length and girth combined must be shipped freight. Additional charges may apply. Some bulky items weighing more than 75 pounds are shipped freight to avoid damage during shipment. If you require special shipping such as overnight or second day air, please call Altraco, Inc. directly at 1-800-383-6422. Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card accordingly.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Customers should check orders upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Shortages and damages must be called in to Altraco, Inc. at

1-800-383-6422 or emailed to info@altraco.com within 7 calendar days. Damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection.
